How to export quotes history in a .csv file?

The Quotes Exporter app. is developed to export data in a .csv file.

1. Launch Quotes Exporter from the same folder as Quotes Downloader ('SoftFX/FDK/FRE/Quotes Exporter' on default).

2. Be careful to set the correct parameters: 

   • Storage Location - click Open and select the folder with the downloaded quotes history (C:\Users\User\Documents\Quotes on default).
   • Output File - click Save, chose the location where to the .csv file will be saved.
   • Period (From-To) - select the time period identical to the one which was chosen when downloading quotes history through 'Quotes Downloader'.
   • Symbol - chose the trading instrument you used for downloading quotes history.
   • Contract Size - set the contract size (100000 on default).
     
   • Ticks - select the type of quotes history.
   • Remove duplicate prices - check the checkbox.
   
   

3. Click Start to start exporting data in a .csv file.

   

4. The .csv file will be saved in the selected folder as chosen in the "Output File" field.

5. Open the .csv file with any text editor (Windows WordPad, Notepad++, TextPad, etc.) or Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Works, Corel Quattro Pro or any other convenient for you application.
